Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice. 

To initiate a exchange, you can contact us at support@avyfashions.in.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any exchange questions at support@avyfashions.in.

If you have to exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be exchanged. There will not be any partial exchange accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, you can contact us at support@avyfashions.in.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • You may request:
    • A different size, or
    • A different design if only the original product is not available (price difference, if any, will apply)
  • If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial exchange aren’t accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue or if you have any other queries regarding this, you can email us at support@avyfashions.in.
  • Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable, and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.

📌 All exchange requests are reviewed and approved at AVY Fashions discretion.

Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@avyfashions.in.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges without original tags or an invoice will not be accepted

  • Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects

  • Repeated misuse of the exchange policy may lead to order restrictions
